Adoption Fee
MUST BE PAID WITH SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION
Cats: starting at $50
Kittens: starting at $100
Dogs & Puppies: starting at $125 & up
What's Included
The adoption fee helps us provide the following for each pet:
Spay/Neuter (age/health appropriate)
Rabies Vaccination
Microchip with I.D. tag
First annual vaccinations
Deworming
Heartworm testing for dogs over 6 months
FIV/Leukemia/Heartworm testing for cats of all ages
Requirements
Please make sure that you are:
- At least 18 years of age.
- In possession of a valid photo ID showing your present address.
- Allowed to have the animal where you live.
- Not adopting as a “gift” for someone other than a minor child. Please bring the person for whom you are looking with you to the shelter. They will be required to complete the adoption.
- Willing and able to spend the time and money necessary to provide the training, medical treatment, and proper care for the animal over the course of its life.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse an adoption to anyone. No animal will be adopted by persons having a history of losing, giving away, selling, or having animals injured or killed by moving vehicles. No animals will be adopted to those who mislead or fail to provide accurate information during the adoption process.
